Minimising impact.
Maximising innovation.
We are committed to protecting the marine and coastal environments in which we operate. From developing software that reduces operational emissions to supporting the safe deployment of offshore renewable energy projects, we continuously seek innovative ways to minimise environmental risk and contribute to a more resilient energy future.

Corporate social
responsibility
Corporate social responsibility is a core part of our culture. We actively support the local communities and not-for-profit organisations where our employees live and work through a range of initiatives.
This commitment reflects our commitment to making a positive, lasting impact beyond the offshore industry.
We are committed to making a positive impact through our annual charity support scheme. Each year, we contribute to a diverse range of charitable initiatives across our global regions, focusing on causes that align with our values – such as humanitarian aid, child welfare, animal protection, mental health, maritime safety, environmental sustainability, and ocean clean-up.
We regularly participate in fundraising activities that support local charities across our regions. These efforts often include races, sporting events, and community challenges, with funds raised contributing to a variety of meaningful causes.
We are deeply committed to inspiring the next generation of talent through STEM sessions. By actively engaging with local schools and educational institutions, we provide students with hands-on exposure to careers in the offshore and maritime industries. Through visits, workshops, and tailored learning, we help students explore real-world applications of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
