Speak up.
We’re listening.

Your voice matters
At Global Maritime, we are committed to a culture of openness, integrity, and accountability. We believe it is important that everyone feels safe and supported in reporting concerns. This includes employees, contractors, clients, and partners. Whether the issue is unethical, illegal, or improper behaviour, it should always be raised without fear.
If you see something that doesn’t feel right, we encourage you to speak up.
What can be reported?
You can use our whistleblowing channel to report serious concerns, including but not limited to:
- Financial fraud or misconduct
- Breaches of laws or regulations
- Health, safety, or environmental violations
- Harassment, discrimination, or bullying
- Unethical business practices
- Violations of Global Maritime’s Code of Conduct
How to report a concern
Reports can be submitted confidentially by sending an email via our independent external reporting channel.
If you’re unsure whether your concern qualifies, or if you have questions about the process, you can still contact the reporting channel for guidance. Speaking up protects our people, our clients, and the integrity of our business.
Confidential
and independent
Your report will be handled with the strictest confidentiality. You do not have to provide your name if you prefer to remain anonymous. We do not tolerate retaliation or discrimination against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
All reports made under our Whistleblowing Policy are taken seriously and will be investigated promptly, fairly, and with respect for everyone involved. We handle concerns in strict confidence. A whistleblower’s identity will only be shared if required by law or where it is essential for a fair investigation.
